Red Rocks Amphitheater Legendary rock bands will perform as part of Independence Day Weekend on July 4 and 5. July 4 will have a performance by Blues Traveler followed by Smash Mouth and Sugar Ray. Head straight to City Park Bandstand to experience the soulful and powerful jazz rendition by SuCh to turn the park into an open-air jazz club. 4th of July Fireworks Displays
Glendale Firework Show (The Best Show in the City) July 3rd Glendale Fireworks will light up the sky at dusk (generally between 9 and 9:30 p.m.) Best places to view the fireworks & Setup picnics are north of Virginia Street, south of Cherry Creek Drive South, west of Colorado Blvd., and east of Cherry Street. For close-in viewing, gather in and around the CitySet development or at Whole Foods. 950 South Birch Street, Glendale, CO 80246. Phone – 303-759-1513 Time – 9 or 9:30 after dusk Fireworks after the MLB game July 3rd and 4th sees Colorado Rockies take on the LA dodgers in Coors Field. Phone – 303-292-0200 Time – After the MLB game Light up the Night – 4th of July Spectacular in Aurora Touted as the town’s biggest display of fireworks, the event is special in more ways than one. It commences with performance by Golden Eagle Concert Band. The cuisine includes the popular Mythos Food Truck. Surrounding areas from where the fireworks display can be viewed include Potomac Street and north of Mississippi Avenue Great Lawns, Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E.
