Another recipe from Scott Holiday.
2 ounces of Vida Mezcal.
1/2 ounces of Vallet Fernet.
1/2 ounces of Vallet Amargo.
1/4 ounces of rich simple syrup (syrup of Demerara sugar.)
Stir with ice to chill and dilute to about 5 ounces. Strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass. Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink, rub the rim and discard the twist.
