2 ounces of St. George Terroir Gin.
1 ounces of Punt e Mes.
1/4 ounces of Génépy des Alpes (can substitute Green Chartreuse.)
Stir with ice to chill and dilute to about 5 ounces. Strain into a chilled double old fashioned glass. Squeeze a lemon twist over the drink, rub the rim and discard the twist.
