Frank Ocean is off the to ball.
After breaking his seclusion from the world at last night’s Time 100 Gala (April 29), the Grammy Award winning singer is said to be performing at this year’s Met Gala in New York City next Monday (May 5), Page Six reports.
Last year, Anna Wintour tapped good friend, Kanye West, for stage duty just before his Yeezus album dropped.
This would mark the first time since Ocean has performed in public since canceling his Australian tour and OVO Fest appearance last year due to a vocal cord injury.
Ocean recently made headlines for his beef with Chipotle and is now working on his sophomore album, the follow-up to 2012’s Channel ORANGE.
