Pharrell is truly an innovator. He’d been teasing the arrival of his new book for days now (how’d he have the time??). Well, he was only telling half the story. Yes, Inspiration is complete as of today (April 24), but it requires additional fan participation before folks can actually get their hands on it.

He teamed up with Tipp-Ex to release the social book online, but only some of the words appear on the site. Readers must fill in the blanks of the manuscript in real time, and they will gain points and receive credit for each word discovered. Once all the words are filled in, the book will be sent to book shelves for purchase. Proceeds from the book will go straight to Pharrell’s foundation, From One Hand To AnOther.
