303live wants to spotlight one of the best places in Colorado to eat raw and cooked sushi, "Purple Orchid". The Purple Orchid located in Parker, uses beautiful hand crafted beats to create their signature orchid's that are used as a sliver of visual stimulation on the side of one of their best dishes in my opinion being the Tornado Rolls. If your looking for a wide variety of amazing sushi the Purple Orchid provides everything from your simple Washington Roll (spicy tuna and crunch mango topped with avocado) to your more advanced sushi needs like their Purple Roll ( Eel tempura cucumber, crab topped with grilled eggplant). If the food is not enough to brag about the ambiance is something to rave about. The soft warm colors of this location are inviting as breathtaking paper and wood boats line the wall over the sushi bar. A modern atmosphere with a sexy intimate feel is what you will get once you walk into the Purple Orchid. This is a great place to take the special young lady in your life and spend that intimate night dining in the best of company. Pricing is reasonable for any budget and the staff is very detailed in catering to all of your needs without hearing that annoying "So how is everything" every five minutes. There is no rush to leave, just sit down enjoy the great food and flavored Saki which may change your mind about ordering an apple martini.
Pros
•Great tasting fresh fish, exotically spiced
Good location, right on a canal (reserve to get an outside table)
